General Member সাধারণ সদস্য

Eligibility: Adult Bangladeshi citizen, minimum HSC or equivalent passed, working or interested in the transport sector.
Full General Assembly voting rights
Electoral candidacy rights for Executive Board
Privileges: Access to technical guidelines, research data hubs, discounted symposium entries, and voting ballots.
Student / Fresh Graduate Member শিক্ষার্থী / ফ্রেশ গ্র্যাজুয়েট সদস্য
+ ৳100 One-time Admission Fee (50% Subsidy)
Eligibility: Enrolled college/university students or fresh graduates (within 2 years) in transportation, civil, urban planning, or allied engineering.
Requirement: Valid Student ID / Institutional Enrollment document upload.
Full General Assembly voting rights & candidacy
Privileges: Megaproject research clearances, thesis mentoring, student mini-grants, and foreign university advisory.
Life Member আজীবন সদস্য
No recurring annual dues (Lifetime Exemption)
Qualification: Lump-sum donation of ৳30,000 (Thirty Thousand BDT) or equivalent material assets to the TPFB permanent endowment fund.
Tenure: Lifetime recognition on the TPFB Roll of Honor.
Governance Note: Non-voting, non-contesting honorary member as defined under Article 5(c).
Privileges: Lifetime complimentary invitations to all national conferences, seminars, and commemorative publications.
Donor Member দাতা সদস্য
Renewable upon re-donation
Qualification: Minimum philanthropic donation of ৳10,000 (Ten Thousand BDT) or equivalent assets for specialized initiatives (Road Safety, Blood Registry).
Tenure: 2 calendar years, renewable upon re-donation.
Governance Note: Non-voting, non-contesting contributor per Article 5(d).
Privileges: Institutional acknowledgment in annual reports and VIP seating at major transport symposiums.

Initial Signatories & Founding Steering Committee
Established at constitution drafting assembly (Ratified March 7, 2026). Non-voting tier for governance balance.
